A rough rock crab found at Mount Dutton Bay 🦀 ⁠ These guys are common & are active during the day, so we see a lot of them on our dives!
Green coral, Plesiastrea versipora, can be a long-living coral, and is the only coral genus in temperate waters that is capable of growing massive, so analysis of their internal composition can be a valuable indicator of climatic records!
A bit of love for our nudis! Here in Coffin Bay we have a variety of Nudibranchs, all just as unique and beautiful as the last. ⁠ Nudibranchs are soft-bodied marine gastropod molluscs, and currently, about 3,000 valid species of nudibranchs are known
